The pineapple in Morrison was really nice and big! I always want to cook this fried rice with seafood & pineapple and display in a real fresh pineapple. Then we made it! Cutting the pineapple was not a hard work...plus I was not the one who did that! XD

I added these ingredients to my fired rice.
 - pineapple of course!
 - chicken
 - prawns
 - cashew
 - rice
 - egg
 - turmeric powder
  - some coriander at the top

I wonder how long I haven't tasted this dish.......

已經很久沒有食過菠蘿海鮮炒飯，那天在Morrison見到很大個菠蘿又只賣2鎊，便買齊其他材料回家整菠蘿海鮮炒飯！可惜我家沒肉鬆...！還煲了湯 - 赤小豆薏米牛大力靈芝(湯包) ^^

There're lots of coffee shops do various colour latte in London recently, and Yes, Pink is my favourite and lots of coffee shops have pink latte, which is made by beetroot juice ...to be honest the taste is not strong but I do think they look beautiful and it's healthier than having coffee in my mind set.

Paradise Unbakery in Kensal Rise was pretty & it 's a vegan cafe, it's good to have vegan meal sometimes (me only) and their pink latte was made by mangosteen & almond milk, this was my first time to try it and it was not bad! Btw the cafe outlook was gorgeous with my favorite colour!

Having brunch? tea? Or early dinner? at 5pm. 🥑🍠☕️🤣 The pink latte was made by mangosteen and quiche pie with mushroom & spinach, avocado salad & sweet potatoes. Another place I had my pink latte was Damson & Co in Soho, the beetroot latte was their special and hehe I liked it looked pretty!
